I made three blueberry pies and one strawberry, rhubarbblueberry, raspberry pie. I haven't tasted the mixed fruit
pie yet. I did just have some of the blueberry, still warm
with vanilla ice cream. I just love making pies, once I start
I just want to keep making more and more. I'd love to have
a pie shop! I plan to put some in the freezer for the weekend,
as my sisters Kathi and Janice are coming up for Labor Day
weekend.
