I've always loved maps. And I like having one of places I travel to often. Like when we go out west to see my boys. I want to know which roads lead to the mountains and streams. I almost have a need to know the direction I'm in, where I'm heading, and how far, and what the layout of the area is.
I especially like the new brochure of our Keweenaw Peninsula. We live in such a wonderful, unique area. I like to brag about it and take friends on tours around Lake Superior. I totally enjoy playing the tourist in my home town in the summer. I'm missing that right now as I spent 5 weeks downstate this summer. The summer somehow slipped by and is almost over. I hope to get out there soon for some adventure.
